WELLER ENTERPRISES  was established in 1997 by Kevin Weller resident of Brasher Falls, NY.   Weller Enterprises takes pride in the details of each home, inviting you and your family to comfort and convenience with 24 /7 maintenance staff with just one phone call.  Each home is equipped  with state of the art appliances to help you save energy.  All of the homes have energy efficient doors, windows and insulation and have been newly renovated.  You will enjoy the comfort you will receive at a Weller Enterprise property. 

Weller Enterprises knows that pets are your children also. 

We are a pet friendly company.  Pets are allowed with consideration:

          1. Pet must be approved by the landlord.  All dogs must be of a breed that is insurable and allowable by the insurance companies

          2. you must provide  a copy of your renters insurance to cover your contents and dog.  (you have 60 days to provide a file copy)

          3.  There will be a $25.00 per month per animal  (dogs and cats) charge added to your monthly rent.

          4. fish, turtles, hamsters, lizards, snakes, and mice:   NO CHARGE

          5. Birds will be charged and additional $5.00 per month no insurance needed.  (not per bird)
